My work is based on over 30 years of experience in international leadership and management contexts, as well as my conviction that true orientation is achieved not through acceleration, but through clarity of thought.

In my coaching, I create a space where tensions can be held, perspectives integrated, and mental order restored – both physically and mentally. My clients value not only my analytical clarity but also a fine sensorium for those dynamics operating beneath the surface.

This is not a fixed recipe, but a process that generates clarity and strengthens decisiveness – for you as an individual as well as for the entire system you lead.
